Well I been doing the 1 hr Strength and 1 hour cardio thing and when I weighted myself yesterday I lost 3 lbs from last week!! I am so proud of myself for keeping up with this routine and the fact I am seeing the results!! Hubby can't seem to keep his hands off me the more I lose and the more toned I get lol well got a tone of things to do today so better get going.
