Well I recently started to teach myself how to crochet, started last week, and I think I am doing a ok job at it. I think I have mastered the Single crochet and double crochet now, still need more practice on the double crochet but I did just finish a 7" granny square mostly of just double crochet so I got some practice there and need to make oh say another 119 more squares for this black and red colored Afghan I am making my Brother for Christmas. I want to make a hanging table for him as well but have yet to find a pattern and like I said I need more practice so I will be working on making more Granny Squares for this afghan. I was also thinking that once the afghan is done about sewing on fabric on one side to make it more warmer for winter months and to seem more like a blanket I guess. If I can get this working if I don't do the table I want to see about trying to make two matching pillows with the blanket. But we will see. I posted a pic of my very first Granny square above. It's not the best in the world but I know I'll get better over time : ) Well better get going about to start on my second Granny Square 8 )
