Two more spiders to the collection

Well I found two more spiders to add to my #63 : ] One is a black jumping spider and I am still looking up the other one. If you happen to know what the brown one is called please feel free to say something in the comments : ) But yeah so now I have 5 of 10 spiders photographed so far and sorry the jumping one isn't better it's b/c I am terrified of spiders and this one jumps so I didn't dare get closer and by time I got my other lens which would of allowed me much better photos from where I was standing the little sucker done ran down the wall and I got there just in time to watch him jump from the wall into my Mom's Day lillies >< so yeah I am gggrrrrr over that. I also came across a grey jumping spider but it has been hiding ever since so I haven't gotten a photo of that one yet but I will : D I don't think I will count it towards the count bc I already got a jumping spider on the list but I still want a photo of that one it was pretty cool looking lol Anyways got to get ready one my kids have a field trip today and I am wanting to go to it and get some photos if the rain doesn't mess things up : P

Tried some new recipes for Easter

I tried Three new Pie recipes for Easter Dinner this year (sweet!!) and they all turned out great!! I made a Lemon Pie (Not shown) and Tri-layer chocolate pie and a Apple Pie. Everyone loved the new recipes I tried and I can even count these 3 new recipes towards my #23 "Try 101 new Recipes" on my 101 in 1001 project :D I am pretty happy. I am also still working on my #10, # 25, #26, #39 (http://365project.org/audbal04/365) #56 (I am tying in #56 & #63 together) #63 <--- I almost got 2 more spiders yesterday but they both ran and hid. One was a gray Jumping Spider and I hope I can come across it again. I remember where it's web was so maybe I can find it later : P

Anyways so yeah I am working on a bunch of different ones at the same time but I been writing down stuff and taking pictures of things as I do them. I almost did # 82 "Go for a walk in the rain" yesterday bc I went walking in the park with my Sister and Mom and it sprinkled for a split second so I can't count that but it would of been neat as heck to be able to mark off my first thing lol oh well here soon one of them will be finished and I will be excited lol well gotta go kids need me : ]

101 things in 1001 days?

Well I came across this idea today and decided I want to try it : D I been making a list today of things I want to do, places I want to go and so on and so forth and will have to narrow it down to 101 things I guess rofl. 1,000 paper cranes project

Well after what happened in Japan it seems that a lot of people are making the "1,000 Paper Cranes" thing. My Son had told me about it a couple of weeks ago when his school decided they were going to make 1,000 paper cranes to send to Japan. (I am sure his is not the only school or company to decide to do this) So I started to look it up and they are beautiful!! I found some pictures of a few different ones I liked and not everyone hangs them up on some kind of mobile some put them in jars or tubes and I even found one where someone took a Display case designed for something else and put their cranes in it instead. The Photo's of some my Favorites are above this post :D So yeah I decided I want to make one. I wanted to do some kind of swap with my friends but I know they wont go for it so I will just make my own!! If I can I was even considering getting some pastel colored paper (Probably be computer paper I will have to cut down) and made one for my friend. She is having a baby shower in May and I posted maybe for coming so I figure if I do come I would like to be able to bring her a pretty pastel one for the baby or something...lol who knows though. So cont with what I was saying (I sorry I tend to get ahead of myself in my head and forget that no one else can read my mind lol) I took 40 pieces of 12 x 12 scrapbook paper I had (Paper that I would probably never use so why not use it for something else right :) and cut in into 4 squares per scrapbook page giving me 160 squares to start out with : D So I then went to youtube and found a video (there are so many of them that I liked (this video right here --> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sbeij8OXELs ) and between this video and having the written version how to do it at hand I was able to figure out how to do it. Let me tell you the one fold she says is the hardest is really the hardest. I had to figure out how to fold it a different way but it still comes out looking the same : ) so yeah now as of right this second I now have 10 cranes made!! I am pretty excited about my project and I know it will take some time especially since it's not the only project I am working on. I am also currently sewing together a Anakin gone Darkside outfit for our Dog vader for this up coming walk thing to help raise money for animal shelters I am also working on a Friendship Anniversary present for my BFF Halls of 23 years now (This Sept) So here goes to finishing all my projects I have started!!
