Well I have a dental appointment today >< I am so not looking forward to it but it needs to be done. Oh well I shall go and be a good sport about it....rofl
I also been having some conflicting thinking on my part here lately and it's been taking somewhat of a toll on me and I haven't been the most pleasant person to hang with. So bare with me I shall ride through this and all shall be good again.
On another note I drank 1 cup of coffee and the rest of the day nothing but water (YAY Me) and I did some working out. I plan to go for the same thing today as well. Goal is to be healthy and lose as much of this baby fat as I can before I head for Vacation this Spring break and what I don't lose by April I hope to finish losing before Summer. I miss being my cute little self and lost alot of my confidence and what not. I become more Anti-social then normal. I'd also like to be my pre-second child weight before I start school this Fall so yeah I need to buck down and get serious about this. Granted I still do some unhealthy things but some things you can't just stop cold turkey they take longer to change then others. But yeah there ya have it, Later...
